Waiting

Ed packed himself a lunch to go to work with me-I had the pleasure of taking him to work with me while Mark was in NZ. Words can not describe how much fun it is to entertain and tend for an 84 year old woman and a three year old boy simultaneously. I love them both and they both love their sugary treats. I think they have a good time but I am usually not a "happy camper" at the end of my shift. He was a little disappointed to hear that he was not going to work with me so I told him of the great opportunity he had to stay at home and rid the house of any ants "for mommy". "Help" is Ed's trigger word and it will launch him immediately into the task. Mark had some online courses to work on today while I was at work so Ed settled in behind him to wait to get the bait. "Is he just going to sit there the whole time?" asked Mark as I was about to leave. I don't know how he lasted but he lasted long enough for me to get a picture of him. Doesn't he look tough even without the mustache?

Man of Mystery

I know right? I think he is making just the right mustache man faces. It was hard going because he kept moving to attack the camera. Maybe mustaches make you mischievous?

Beach Boy

It is always nice to open up the door and find a surprise.  Ed was excited to go to the beach but the bridge got stuck in the raised position and we had to fight traffic to get home.  Poor kid kept his "pool glasses" on the entire time. Don't pretend like your car seats are any cleaner! Okay, maybe they probably are... Oh and any Say What fans-I have added a few more say whats from the weekend.

Oh Drat

Burger diet linked to asthma

" Children who eat three or more burgers a week may be at a higher risk of asthma and wheezing, but a healthy diet rich in fruit and fish seems to stave off the risk, according to a large international study. "

I guess I should stop feeding my kids THREE OR MORE burgers A WEEK.  I guess I will have to switch to hot dogs and pizza.
