Thanks Eddie!

Ed was kind enough to unload my purse and all the contents of my wallet today. I am sure it wasn't something he wanted to do, he just wanted to help. While I was madly stuffing everything back into their incorrect places, I noticed a voucher to pick up the Berg Family Citizenship Ceremony DVD. I had totally forgot that I was supposed to pick that puppy up in like January or something. Anyway, today I had a lovely day in the city picking up the video, feeding Ed a cheese roll, and browsing some new shops. It all took most of the day and I now have the as of yet still "un-watched" DVD of our citizenship ceremony. They have been seen many times before, but here are our photos of the event.

They're Ba-ack

It is that time of the year again when our yard is inundated with butterflies. Two lucky pats of butter were lucky enough to be "rescued" by Lucy. She made sure that their wings were good and dry and their flying skills well honed before she set them free. I don't know how they would have survived otherwise....

COPING

Well, Mark has only just left today and I have to say so far the girls are holding up pretty well. Aida got a little misty-eyed before bed but she is trying to contain herself from a complete breakdown. We cheered ourselves up some f & c for dinner and then showered and the girls picked out a Mark shirt to wear to bed. Lucy tried to find the one he wore most recently. Aida is seen here making a joke. It is like an hour past their bedtime, but whatever-right. I know I will pay for it tomorrow... Here are their poses for dad.

Lucy got to bring home a dino from school today and wanted to show it to Mark.

Aida grabbed a sheet of paper and wanted to pretend she was dad working at his desk.
